Change 4 Life Sports Club updates

An exciting and busy summer of development and planning following the confirmation of the establishment of the 3000 Change 4 Life Sports Clubs has enabled us to get to a point where all toolkits, resources and equipment packs are ready for your schools/colleges.

We appreciate that you have been progressing with planning the delivery of your new clubs and would encourage you to continue with this. Clearly the delay in funding confirmation has impacted on the planned timescales for the delivery of the resources to support you with this preparation and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please find below and forward to all of your Change 4 Life schools a detailed update on all areas of Change 4 Life Sports Clubs. As you are aware the delay with the funding agreement has meant that the clubs originally planned to start in September now have the option to start after October ½ term. Each school will receive the Change 4 Life Sports Clubs Toolkits and Branding packs in early September and so could use the month as a planning and promotional period. The only resources you will not receive until after October ½ term are the Sport Specific and Young Leaders equipment packs. If a club wishes to go ahead without the equipment packs then this is also an option as long as there is provision for equipment already in the school.
